How're my accomplishments, needs and wants getting lost in translation? That's what we explore together in this episode. 

Deriving pleasure from different places as you develop is natural, but how do we measure that pleasure and how does it feel when your sense of accomplishment hasn't caught up with your new goals? Oftentimes disheartening or just completely at a loss.
