2.10 Old Year, New Year

When new year comes it's easy to focus on what's ahead: challenges, goals, changes ... but why do we forget to relish in all we've accomplished (and survived) from the previous year? 

I'm here to force you to celebrate all you've done this year, 2024, and to remember that any goals we do set for the new time ahead must be kind and achievable! Let's work through these goals together and use our year passed as fuel to rocket us into the year ahead.
